  • What is included in the tour?

    2. Pick up and drop down anywhere in downtown Budapest.

  • What is not allowed?

    Alcohol and food during the tours.

  • Child seat availability?

    Yes ,if it is a written request by the costumer 48 hours in advance via e-mail. 

  • What if it is raining?

    In case of raining the tour can be postponed to another available time, or change to another sedan car with the same conditions or terminate free of charge.

  • Safety,insurance issues?

    There are safety belts for each seats.The car and passengers are  insured.

  • Can we modify the tour or ask for a special tour on our request?

    Yes, if it is in a written form via e-mail and acknowledged by  Budapest Voyager. Please take into consideration, that these modifications are mostly for half day and full day tours available.Time and route changes may modify prices.

  • Payment,invoice,termination issues.

    Payment is on site by POS terminal by any card payment options available after the tour against invoice. Advance payment available as well.100% refund is due by any reason of termination of the costumer only up to 24 hours before the tour.  Termination of the tour by Budapest Voyager can be done 72 hours before the tour with offering another  available time for the same tour with the same price.
