Your guide will pick you up from your downtown Budapest accommodation, hotel, river ship, or rented apartment, then take you across both sides of the city for a scenic introduction to Budapest’s most famous landmarks. The route includes the Great Market Hall, Gellért Hill and the Citadella, the Buda Castle District, Matthias Church, Fisherman’s Bastion, Margaret Bridge, Parliament, the Shoes on the Danube Bank, St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Great Synagogue, the Music Academy, the Opera House, Andrássy Avenue, and Heroes’ Square.
This tour is ideal if you want a beautiful, comfortable overview of the city without joining a large bus or walking tour. You will see many of Budapest’s signature sights from the car, with short photo stops where traffic rules and safe stopping conditions allow. Photos can also be taken from the car throughout the tour.
Pickup and drop-off are included in downtown Budapest. The tour can also be extended on request, subject to availability, at €20 per additional 15 minutes.
